"1) They didn't have our name at the reception on arrival - took some time to find us 2) Our room had all the curtains closed on arrival and boiling hot... No aircon in the lounge (family room) 3) To get to the family rooms, you need the hotel car. They only have one hotel car, so sometimes you are waiting ages 4) They went to fill the car up with petrol at 9.30am on a Sunday at peak time, so no car was avabile 5) There is no manager working on a Sunday Family rooms 1) The floors are so slippy - we all fell over, adults and kids 2) They look much better in the photos Overal The main building is nice, including the pool but the above makes the place not a good stay "

"Room was a decent size, staff were really friendly and helpful, feeding the elephants from the front door of the room was such and amazing experience, having access to the park early was great all in all I don't have a single bad thing to say! Great experience"

Communication was excellent as well; the team checked in with us multiple times to make sure all our needs were met. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and well-managed stay. "An all around great experience. We were there during the rainy season, so while we didn’t see a lot of sun, there was a lot to keep us happy: terrific food, especially the breakfasts, lovely staff, and loads of activities to keep us busy. Really recommend the trip to the waterfalls as well as the sustainability tour around the plantation. A perfect example of how well they take care of their guests was when we had to have our dehumidifier replaced because it wasn’t working. It was done very promptly and to make up for the inconvenience (and it really was hardly an inconvenience at all!) they gave us a voucher for both of us to have a full Balinese massage which was heavenly. Can’t recommend Munduk Moding Plantation enough. "
