Known for its crystal-clear sea, classified as the cleanest in Italy for many years, Bosa is beautiful in summer and just as appealing off-season. Its mild climate and stunning nature make it perfect for walks, excursions, and birdwatching. Nature lovers can explore one of Europe’s last griffon vulture colonies and a variety of aquatic birds along the river. Bosa is also steeped in tradition, with a vibrant carnival, religious festivals, a castle, ancient churches, and one of Sardinia's oldest and most picturesque historic centers. Food and wine lovers will relish the local delicacies, from Mediterranean lobsters to the unique Malvasia wine. The house's central location allows easy access to all these attractions and nearby excursions.

Located in the heart of Bosa, just steps from the beach, the house exudes charm and comfort. Completed in 2009, it’s next to the castle stairs, behind the cathedral, near the river, and close to the main street. It features a parking space and a veranda for outdoor dining. The two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower, offer a double bed and two single beds. The kitchen and sitting room, complete with TV and stereo, ensure a relaxing stay. Air conditioning/heating is available in every room, and a washing machine is provided for added convenience.

A security deposit of EUR 100,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
