"My experience was ruined by a two and a half hr wait beyond the declared 3 pm check in. A free drink at the bar and apologies don’t cut it. 3 pm check in means 3 pm check in especially when one is paying way over one thousand dollars for a room."

Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport
"The room was poorly designed. I guess you were striving for an "artsy" feel but there was no closet t hang clothes, just some sort of pole to hang clothes. No bathroom, per se. So no privacy really and only two drawers under the bed. Very disappointing. Also very loud, as the windows didn't seem ..."
