"Clean room, very quiet, friendly staff"

"The house is located in a quiet residential area, close to shopping and restaurants. We found the house to be small, but clean and cozy, decorated in a fun retro theme. We didn't utilize the kitchen for cooking, but we appreciated the well-stocked coffee bar and the basket of snacks (which we gobbled up); along with a sweet note from the hosts. It looked like they had quite a few convenient kids items like a crib, stroller, high chair, but we didn't utilze these. The back outdoor space is small but a nice place to relax and enjoy the sun. Beds were comfy, fluffy pillows - I loved that they provided great quality sound machines in both bedrooms. I highly recommend this place for couples and families. We will definitely come back! "

"Lovely property. Super clean. Beds were comfy. Loved Boone-Oply. Close to town. Within walking distance. We ate at 2 places in town. Both food and service were great. Whistle Stop & El Viejo. We came into town for Rail Explorers which was a blast! If we are ever in Boone again I would book again. "
