We had a basement room (room 1) for 3 nights. First impressions were good - the room was exceptionally clean, well equipped and it had interesting lighting system. It could have been an excellent place to stay, but there were a number of minor issues, which makes it unlikely I'd stay there again. The TV in the room isn't attached to the aerial, so you have to use the streaming apps on the TV. This wouldn't be an issue, but the Wifi is appalling, buffering frequently to the point you can't actually watch TV. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, which in a basement bathroom isn't great. The kitchen smelled strongly of damp (and had no extractor fan at all), to the point where we had a slug appear on the worktop on one occasion. There's also little things like the room having cheap light switches that aren't entirely straight. Bearing in mind that this place is charging close to hotel prices, these little things need to be addressed to justify the premium price.

Last minute night away
Had a lovely stay, everything was perfect. Great communication from the owner. We found the property easily and parked in the car park. Easy check in. Room was very clean and tidy. Everything you could need in the room. We had no problems and didn't need to ask for anything else. Kitchen equipped with all the essentials. We had a night in and cooked dinner. Nice table and chairs to eat at. Tv had Netflix and amazon prime. Free wifi. Loved all the LED lights and candles, made it very cosy. Bed was comfy, good quality quilt and pillows. Slept right through it was nice and quiet never heard a sound from anyone or anything else. The shower was brill, choice between waterfall shower or a higher pressure one. Glad we stayed and we will definitely be returning in the future for a night out as it is close by to the town too. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️

Mostly amazing!
I really enjoyed the apartment, it was comfortable, it looked really nice and it was good for the price. It had good facilities and was in a nice overall building; good aesthetic. My only negative was the internet connection, all day and night it was very volatile and most of the time...did not work. Which was disappointing as the tv had Netflix and YouTube features which were then not made full use of. Also, the LED remote for the LED lights did not seem to function. Aside from these, I would highly recommend!

When I arrived I realized I’d stayed here around 18 months ago, this was a good thing as easy parking for my van, loads of restaurants and takeaways very nearby. Different room this time time but same nice modern standard. Easy to recommend.

The property had good parking for central Bradford. The flat itself was well provided with a good selection of appliances. However, the flat was advertised as an executive room, the bedroom furniture was sub standard and bed and linen were filthy, the sheets were covered in hairs, creases, stained. The bed was so dirty it looked if someone had just got out of it. The pillows and quilt were cheap and stained. I slept in my clothes on the sofa, the bed looked that dirty. The owner needs to invest in a good laundry company thats supplies good clean linen and invest in new quilts and pillows. I certainly wont stay there again. The bedroom let the whole experience down

Highly recommend
My partner and I had a very enjoyable stay at the property. The host was very welcoming and offered detailed instructions on how to find the property on the day of check-in. The apartment was very clean, modern and the kitchen was well-stocked. The city centre can be reached in about a 15-20 minute walk, so it's a good location if you need to head in for work or some shopping. If in the Bradford area again; I'd definitely stay here.

The property is close to the university which is very convenient for us. It got free parking. Mohammed is great and very helpful. He got me a new clothes hanging lines stack for the laundry. Just some of the facilities need upkeeping. Otherwise very happy with the stay

Excellent 1st class apartment
An amazing apartment and welcome from Mohammed. Apartment was large, clean and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything that you could need and more. Ample car parking which was a real bonus. Will be using this again when we return to Bradford.

Although not located in a particularly nice area the Apartments were perfectly located for Media Museum, Alhambra and City Park. Mohammed was a great host and really friendly and helpful.

Lovely apartments close to centre.

Wonderful, clean and comfortable apartment.
Very helpful communication from the owner throughout the booking and extremely accommodating of check-in/out times. The apartment was really well presented, clean, warm and comfortable. No noise despite being a ground floor room and everything you could need supplied in the kitchen/bathroom. Free parking is a bonus & quick wifi. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
