"Very handy for seafront, the pier and The Lanes. Made use of the swimming pool, which was nice, but steam room was very crowded so did not use. The picture shown when we booked the room had a sea view, but in fact we overlooked the town hall building (?). Not sure how you ensure a sea view. As it was very gray and misty it didn't matter much."

"I stayed in a single “cosy” room which was tiny but really comfortable and exactly what I needed. Very clean room and lovely bathroom. I visited the spa which is very nice, breakfast was also lovely. It’s also in a great location right on the seafront and super close to all of the shops and not far from the station. I would stay here again "

"I imagine once upon a time this hotel was magical Now it shows it's age, which is to be expected The tower room was large, good spa bath and shower. View was nice. A couple of things that would make it a bit more practical. Coat hooks near the door would be handy. Towel hooks in the bathroom also needed. "

"I stayed for 1 night and the hotel was very good. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, the room was nice, clean and comfortable, with some basic amenities. Although, my room had a partial sea view, it was very small and almost non existent, so I shouldn't have been charged extra for this. Also, the corridors to the rooms are quite narrow, but manageable with a little extra time. Overall the hotel is very nice and pleasant with a good seafront location. I will try to stay here again with my family. "
