"There is an undisclosed upcharge ($75) for pets. I have no problem with paying a fee, but it should be clearly stated when pricing is shared. The hotel was great for our needs- clean, friendly and conveniently located for us. The breakfast was slightly different each day, with some form of eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, sausage of some sort, and various beverages. We enjoyed our stay and will use Hampton Inn in Plant City next time we visit. "

"From booking to check in, the host was in contact and easy to reach. The pictures don’t do the property justice. We had a lovely visit for my nephews wedding. The beds were comfortable and the space was welcoming and comfortable. I definitely recommend if you want a quiet place to rest after visiting the parks or the beach, to stay at Casa Parma!"

"I do not recommend this hotel at all. The cleanliness is terrible, and that’s the most basic thing you expect from a place you’re staying at. From the moment we walked in, the floor was sticky and dirty—it felt completely neglected. The bathroom was simply disgusting: the sink had built-up grime, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The freezer area was also in very bad condition, with visible residue and dirt, clearly something that hasn’t been cleaned in ages. In the room, although the curtain looked fine, everything else was very disappointing. The air conditioning was another issue—we had to turn it off because it was triggering allergies for all of us, which clearly shows a lack of proper maintenance. Honestly, the place is filthy. In a hotel, cleanliness is the most important thing, and this place completely fails at that. I would not return or recommend it."

"The inside of the house was nice. Seems they are doing some renovation that’s not quite finished. Pool was nice. Backyard area behind screened in pool was a bit worn down. It was a bit weird renting a house with a bedroom that is locked. Felt a bit creepy. Overall was decent for the price. "

"Huge house, room for everyone! We had a group of old friends gathering for a long weekend in the area, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the fire pit, and visiting in the comfortable living area. We had 15 adults, and were very comfortable in the home."
