The air conditioning and the internet were excellent. I didn't like that there were no kitchen items at all, even though there is a dual cooktop in the room. I was also asked to take my own trash to the dumpster, which I have never had to do at a hotel or an extended stay. I had a bag sitting outside my door and was politely told that I would be fined if I left it there. The staff was professional and courteous.

details- room had multiple tiny flies, resembling fruit flies bad frayed spot on carpet- whole carpet needed replacing toilet was loose- had no calking. also tank loose bath fan grille was filthy- 5 minutes to clean with a broom good: plenty of hot water night clerk "Stephany" was very helpful for late check-in

Keep your receipts and double check your charges.

The property is being renovated so it can be loud at times but it was confortable. The pricing seemed a little sketchy, almost like a bait and switch, but the general manager was very nice and professional. One of the girls at the front desk didn’t care that I booked through a third party for $55 a night and told me the rates change daily and that I was Upcharged at $65 a night. At no point during my stay, nor my extension, was I told my agreed upon rate didn’t matter and I had to pay the higher rate until they came knocking at the door asking, several days early, if I was check out or extending.

Room smelled awful, bedding stained, walls dirty, hole in door, dead cockroaches, loud talking in walkways late into the night, blinds on window don’t sit tight to window so there is a gap where anyone standing outside the room could just look into your room. The ccheck in staff was solid they did a good job in a tough situation.

I rarely say anything bad about a place but... there were roaches, I had to defrost the freezer to be able to use it, the little stove did not work, never saw housekeeping in the week i was there, the floor has soft spots in several areas including around the toilet and the kitchen area. The air conditioner smelled like rancid beer. The one bed had an odd odor. The bed, though, was probably the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel. Plenty hot water. Good space. The lamp has usb plugs which was helpful. Very dog friendly.

The place was dirty, there was no toilet paper, the bed sheets were extremely old, the beds did not have a proper mattress, and the AC unit was literally next to your head, so you couldn't sleep with the noise. Overall, the building is old but had a cheap coat of new paint.

Our room was horribly disgusting the floor looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, grime and dirt all over the room.we cleaned the floor ourselves and they still felt disgusting. The walls had stains. The bathroom was horrible I didn’t even dare to use it until I cleaned it. The kitchen was dirty as well didn’t look like it wasn’t cleaned either
