Staff were very friendly, efficient and responsive. Our family room was large, bright and airy and nicely decorated, and the bathroom had nice ceramic tile work. Excellent location at end of the beautiful bray promenade. Too notch Indian food at the curry leaf was so good we ate there 2 of the 3 nights of our stay. Also had full Irish menu and great breakfast options.

The hotel is very tired. Would need a complete make over Rooms very small and bathroom tiny. Stains and iron burns on the carpet The bed was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very good

Across the street from the ocean. At the end of the street, walking distance about 12 min from train. Many restaurants walking distance, including a bar/restaurant on the property.
