"We have stayed here many times over the last decade. Yesterday's check in was the most welcoming experience we have ever had here. Not only was there a nice fresh paint job in the lobby area since we've last been here, it also looks like a nice fresh customer service training session has taken place. Thank you! Cute little gift bag provided at check in. Right on the beach, close to Ocean Deck for great entertainment, tasty food options all around, walking distance to the pier and the bandshell. I'm glad we grabbed a room last night!"

"Staff was incredible, I had a request for a desk as I was studying for an exam. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. Room was spotless and the views were incredible. Couldn’t have had a better experience!"

"The hotel was amazing! The kids loved the arcade and the pools. We got a 2 bedroom suite and it was extremely nice. Plenty room for the 5 of us. I will say that if you have small kids, bring an air mattress. The beds are high off the floor and they do not have cots for them to sleep on. "
