"Shuttle to airport comes to the hotel door roughly every 30 mins and takes 50 mins as this is the first pickup. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a meal in the restaurant and quality was high. Would stay here again"

"Efficient and personable staff. Shuttle service to and from the airport was very good. Restaurant service was excellent and food was surprisingly wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Airport bus pickup located approximately 200M from stated location, moved around 2 years ago. Not allowed in restaurant, even though 4+ tables spare. The takeaway meal was nice. No ice with for cold drink, ice machine broken. TV on when we arrived, but no remote, had to switch off at wall. Worst thing, no hot water on arrival after 12 hour flight, was luke warm next morning. Couple who arrived on same bus, cancelled their next night."

"Ive stayed here before and will likely stay again. It is convenient to the airport and perfect for a layover. It is not that close to Auckland's amenities for longer stays. I did get an upgraded room this time which was way nicer than the standard rooms I've had before. Really nice after 22 hours of flight. A few public transport options near by. My bus ride from the airport was only about ten minutes."
