"Superb little hotel. Spotlessly clean and good vaue for money. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the meals were first class. Special praise for the chef. Would book again without hesitation. "

"Arrived after dark, unable to gain acess to property. No security lighting, very limited parking and key broke in lock. On call seemed perturbed that we had called them out. After gaining access eventually found property had not been cleaned, no bedding , clearly untidy and very poor. Basically , inhabitable. Would not recommend this property."

"A very welcoming greeting upon arrival. The room was lovely and clean with plenty of storage space. The breakfast was very good and certainly set you up for the day. I didn’t eat in the pub for an evening meal, but it was a very quaint country pub, full of atmosphere. The menu choices looked very good, and if the breakfast was anything to go by I’m sure the meals would be very good too. Highly recommend the old inn."
