"Being a gust for breakfast ,I had to request the table to be cleaned .spilt beer marks from the night before .however it was cleaned before we ate ,this is my review as I paid for the room .i will be returning breakfast was 100% thank you ."

"I enjoyed my 2 nights here.We had a lovely room with a huge bed and seaview.We were upgraded to it.The staff were polite and friendly.Plenty of breakfast choices.The hotel had a quiet laidback atmosphere.A 5 minute walk to a lovely beach.Loved it all."

"We enjoyed our stay the location is excellent and the rooms were clean, although could do with a bit of TLC. Having to walk through the lounge where the bed settee is it’s hard not to wake anyone that is sleeping in the lounge during your visit to the bathroom at night. Perhaps a bit of configuration of the rooms it could be a bit better. But for a few days it’s not really a big problem. Saying all this I would stay again with the great weather it really made the holiday. Also having the garage to park your car is excellent, I did get my Mazda 5 in didn’t think I would, being a bit chunky myself I was able to put it in at a slight angle to be able to open the door to get out. I had questions before my holiday and the host was really helpful getting back to me. Easy instructions to enjoy your holiday."
Beachside, stunning apartment with sea and harbour views

"The apartment is in a fantastic location with sea and harbour views. It has many amenities right on its door step and a choice of beaches, walks or other activities to suit all ages. The apartment itself is comfortable and had many basics already in situ such as tea, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk to ensure a much needed cuppa after a long drive. There are 3 large tvs and two comfy sofas. On arrival the kitchen floor was a little grubby and there are a few areas that could do with a touch up or a deep clean such as the sofas. The balcony is big but had not been swept/glass not cleaned so looked a little grubby and the wooden chairs definitely need replacing. Some attention to detail in a few places would definitely give it a 5* wow factor. That said, all in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely return in the future.Very good communication from the host with clear directions and entry codes."

"A great breakfast, the room we had was next door to the two water heaters, making the room very hot indeed other than that a good stay and staff were very attentive, will definitely go again but not in the same room, breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal parking is good also with no extra charges."

"Easy to find and has a designated parking spot. Despite being on the 3rd floor, the lift meant that the flat was easily accessible for my 91 year old father. The apartment had everything you needed to cook a meal or you could walk around the corner and buy fresh cooked food. Fabulous location for coastal walks and visits to nearby villages such as Burton Bradstock which has a super beach cafe."
