"Such a gem in the city. This is not a typical hotel which is great. It’s a quiet apartment building that is professionally maintained. The room is super clean and just full of character. Cannot be happier with this unique accommodation. Staff really responsive to questions. There could technically be better sound insulation especially in the bathroom area but totally not an issue. Love love it. "

"The luggage cart was a bit unmanageable around the corners. A possible upgrade to those would have made the trip more pleasant. Overall, the staff seemed less personable. My only interaction was at check out. Hotel was clean. Parking was easy. Gym appeared adequate. I couldn't tell where I could access the courtyard towards the back of the hotel. Siganage or staff to help would have been appreciated as it was a beautiful October weather. Warm in the 80s those few days. The courtyard was stunning."

"Everything was great as always. The only reason we gave 4 stars on cleanliness was because we had a bug in our room the first day and we saw it on the far wall when we walked in for the first time. Big spider. "
