"Rooms are large and tidy, but the brown, dated décor makes the rooms look tired. Check‑in was polite but rushed, with no guidance on simple things like Wi‑Fi, breakfast or hotel facilities. Beds are on the firm side not as comfy as main competitor. Free parking nearby is the standout perk. "

Despite having the remnants of a cold, I had to take a cold shower to start my morning - which I felt for the rest of the day. Although I know there is nothing explicitly the hotel could do, they should have at least offered a discount or coupon or something. "
