Beautifully presented modern townhouse in fantastic Clifton location.
At the top of Jacob`s Wells Road, our spacious, luxurious house over 4 storeys is in one of the best locations in the city just a short walk from the triangle, Park Street and Whiteladies Road with their array of shopping, cafes bars and restaurants. Or walk down the hill to the floating harbour with must sees including SS Great Britain, M-Shed and Wapping Wharf.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms across 4 floors.
On the ground floor is a twin bedroom and bathroom.
The first floor is the open plan living space with large lounge, dining area and modern, well equipped kitchen.
The second floor has one ensuite double/twin bedroom and one further double/twin bedroom
The entire top floor is dedicated to the 4th bedroom (double/twin beds) which also has a large sun deck with fantastic views. Its a fabulous place to enjoy breakfast or while away the evenings.
You can also dine al-fresco in the rear garden which is accessed directly from the kitchen.
Off street parking is available in the integrated garage, but please check your vehicle will fit.

The accomadation is well situated and provides good facilities with four large bedrooms and a very well equipped lounge, diner, kitchen area. All very clean and well kept. Thanks

Plenty of space in a great location.

It's a great property in so many ways. The location is ideal. Walking distance from some great restaurants, the Clifton Suspension Bridge and the Harbour area. There's plenty of space for 8 in the living area, though 10 woukd be a squeeze chair and sofa wise. Clean throughout. Good to have the use of the garage, to put the car away safely for the entire weekend.

1. It was advertised as a Ground Floor Flat. It's a town house. Which means stairs, not suitable for elderly. 2. The smell of damp rising up from the ground floor was very bad particularly when it rains. This is the most serious problem and is awful. 3. The ground floor toilet ventilates into the corridor on the 1st & 2nd floor. Dreadful! 4. The deck outside was dangerously slippery and area in need of urgent maintenance. 5. Upon arrival, there was a chopping board on the counter. When moved, there was mould beneath. 6. Plates were stacked with dirty dishes in between. 7. Mould was found on the surface of certain cooking pots. 8. Ground floor room had a bed that was missing a support underneath. We took photos!
