This is to ensure that the guest has booked the accommodation using their correct name or the guest that is being appointed as lead guest matches the name on the ID, to ensure avoidance of fraudulent payments and adherence to our Terms & Conditions. This information is also required to comply with the Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972. Deposit is refunded after check-out, subject to property inspection as per our Terms & Conditions.

Parking: There are no allocated parking spaces that come with the flat. There is free on street parking in some of the streets around the property. Make sure your car is NOT parked in residentail parking permint area.
