"Beds were very comfortable. The family room was a bit tight for three people including a 6ft 7in male. When we returned we upgraded to an executive room which was better for them.
Food was fine.
The best part of our stay was the staff who went over and above to facilitate our requests."
"Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Very easy and quick check-in/out process. Hotel and room is very clean and looks exquisite. Everything about this hotel is great!"
"We had a great stay at the Carlton George. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. They were polite, friendly, cheerful and helpful. The room was spacious with a very comfy bed and lots of little extras. We had a Club Room so the Executive Lounge was available to use. It was a great space, with refreshments provided. We ate in the Windows Restaurant and had a lovely meal at a good price. We would definitely stay again. "
"I am a solo traveler, and I found this hotel to be a perfect option for me. It was nice, clean, and modern. The hotel staff was very welcoming. I didn’t choose a very spacious room, but it was impressively clean, quiet, and livable, and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean, with a nice shower. I didn’t try the breakfast or the bar, but the downstairs space has a bright, lively and funky vibe. The hotel is within walking distance of Merchant City shops and restaurants, an Aldi, and the Glasgow Cathedral and Necropolis (a must see). I would definitely stay here again!"
"Social Hub was awesome. Very quirky and friendly. Loved the industrial decor. Staff members all superb. Maybe best suited to guests travelling light! We had a rental car and larger suitcases, and getting somewhere close to unload car was an issue. Would stay again."
