"Lovely property, excellent countryside location with scenic outside space and staff were fabulous. Food was amazing, including vegetarian options. Room was spotless. One small issue with the shower in room 5, tricky to operate and didn’t see anyone on checkout to let them know. Otherwise a lovely stay and would definitely visit again. Thank you."

"Absolutely lovely lodge, very spacious, well equipped and clean, with accommodating hosts. Our family of 4 used it as a central base for a number of attractions we wanted to visit across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Yorkshire, but thereâ €™s also plenty to do locally if that’s a preference. Highly recommend."

"The room was dated and had scuff marks on the doors and furniture and the carpet had seen better days BUT it was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It is going through refurbishment at the moment and to be honest I expected a bit of a mess and noise but it was quiet. My partner used the leisure area and was happy with it."
