"The property does not have air conditioning, there are no phones in the rooms so if you have an issue or need something, you have to see someone at the desk. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The beds were hard."

"Starting with the staff, they were friendly and lovely when checking in. The room was a great size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and so much to choose from. I wish I had stayed one more day to taste everything. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Southampton."

"we really enjoyed this hotel. They had an a spa that was included that had a steam room, sauna hot tub and a pool. We missed the Michelin star restaurant but the other restaurant on the sixth floor was also very good. Very spacious rooms with good views of the harbor we would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat."

"Hotel was pretty run down. My room wasn't in the best state. There were marks down the wall by the bin from tea bags, for example. The lock to the door wasn't functioning properly and got advised by caretaker to rattle it to trick it into working. Car park is very small for the size of hotel so had to park in local council car park and very expensive. Didn't use pool and facilities"

"Return visit. The view is amazing, the staff are great, the bar is cool. The TV had been updated with Netflix. Best hotel in Bournemouth in that price range, in most part due to the constant level of maintenance and peacefulness. Only a short stroll to the pier and shops, by the road or along the top of the beach! Gorgeous."

"Easy check in with help on hand, room was nice, comfortable and had a great TV. Dinner was fine, bar staff friendly and breakfast perfect. Car park gets busy with Gym users, but found a space easily enough."
