This hotel was my first experience with a 5-star hotel & it lived up to my expectations. The staff were friendly & helpful trying to ensure that I would have a comfortable stay from the beginning to the end. The atmosphere & room were luxurious & I appreciated the upgrade to a garden view room. Breakfast was tasty with a large selection of options. The garden was quaint & lovely. I would love to make another reservation whenever I plan on returning back to Bruges & definitely will recommend this place to all that ask me for travel advice.

Beautiful hotel but we had a few isdues. Our bags delivered late to our rooms and we had other people stuff with ours. They came to correct it but it wasn’t quick and bag guys not nice to us about it. Also inquired about taxi to train station day before. Front desk didn’t say we needed a reservation. We came to get taxi and not available so had to walk and almost missed train

Our first time in Brugges, and our first time at Hotel Dukes' Palace, and both were wonderful. The hotel's location and sense of 'place' are unbeatable, and our room was comfortable. But it was the people that truly set it apart. During our stay, we made several requests of the top-notch hotel staff and they consistently exceeded expectations. We have a world of travel options before us, but we are already planning to return to Brugges, and will certainly stay at Hotel Dukes' Palace when we do so.

Beautiful property. Super comfy bed. They forgot to put some toiletries in the bathroom but we were there for one night and I am sure they would have put some in the next day. Happy the bar was still open when we arrived. People very friendly. Good quality breakfast but lighting in eating rooms could be a bit warmer.

This hotel is in the most perfect location. Rooms are charming but not very well functional. For example, there are no wall electrical plugs in the bathroom, by mirror. I had a curling iron and had no way to use it.
