Great service and staff. Very friendly. Quaint older building which fit in well with the surrounding area. Wonderful to be in the centre area and close to everything. Beautiful parks and walkways in the area. Very convenient to transit and train system.

Trip to Bruges

Beautiful hotel in a great location but very small. Our room was on the third floor with no elevator and very steep steps, not ideal for anyone with mobility issues or medical conditions - this should be stated on the website. Staff were lovely and friendly though

Chantal or Shantal was the most amazing Lady! She did our stay warm and unique. Please incluye breakfast in your booking. She cooks delicious meals. The outside patio is beautiful and the location is very convenient to walk from the train station and to go over the main interesting buildings in the city. We want to come back on XMas!

The property was an historic building very close to the centre of Bruges. It was a 12-15 min walk from the central station and a much shorter walk into the main squares of Bruges. The rooms were spacious and well appointed and very comfortable. Easy check in and out and the host was amenable and efficient. I would happily return the hotel.

I cannot review this hotel as it was closed. After walking from the station, I found a note on the door saying that I had been moved to one of two sister hotels but I had no idea which one as I had received no notification from the hotel nor from Expedia. So, I walked to the closer one, it was not it, they offered me a room but the location wasn't pleasing so I walked to the other - an hour walking in total.

Nice hotel in great location in Brugge.

I had a great time here in Brugge. The hotel is beautiful. Old with charm yet Chan and well taken care of. It's more of a large bed and breakfast than a hotel. It feels like you are staying in a large house between the two biggest cathedrials in town. You are close to everything. I like that i had drinks in my room and the prices weren't bad at all. Maybe a €1 more than a store. The bed was really comfortable. The room was small, but it's Europe, i expect that. The bathroom was large and well set up. Good water pressure and heat. I had a ground floor room and never heard the other guests. There is a nice patio and the host give great information on bars and restaurants. Even in this quiet town they pointed out some amazing Kate night pubs with more beer than one could drink in a lifetime. I'll stay here next time in Brugge

Terrible place. The bathroom heating was not working. No curtains or privacy in the bathroom. The bed mattress does not stay symmetrical. Four flights of stairs with out any elevator. The biggest problem is the bathroom heating when the. Temperature was 40 degrees inside. Can u imagine a bathroom without any curtains? I had to skip shower. I am going to request refund from Expedia. I traveled around the world but never had such a bad experience with a hotel.

Excelente propiedad, muy centrica y linda con el ambiente de Brujas... el problema fue que la reservacion era por 2 dias y solo tenian en su sistema por una... mala experiencia porque tuve que pagar una noche en otro hotel de ultima hora (en sabado) al doble de precio... metere una aclaracion con Expedia para ver donde estuvo el error...

Piccolo hotel nel centro storico molto comodo per visitare la città. Stanza molto piccola (ma ne eravamo consapevoli) con un comodo bagno. Buona colazione con dolce e salato servita nella piccola sala che, visto lo spazio limitato, viene servita in 2 turni, dalle 8 o dalle 9. A disposizione degli ospiti c'è un piccolo giardino attrezzato di tavoli e sedie dove ci si può rilassare sorseggiando una bevanda calda sempre disponibile dal distributore. Da segnalare la scarsa insonorizzazione della stanza. Complessivamente il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Værelset lever ikke op til generelle standarder for et 3-stjerners hotel og det prisniveau det havde. - værelset var alt for lille. Døren til toilettet kunne ikke åbnes uden at ramle ind i sengen - Værelsets placering i stueetagen med det eneste vindue ud mod en fælles gård medførte, at der ikke var nogen mulighed for at åbne vinduet, hvis man samtidig ønskede privatliv. Dette gjorde værelset udlideligt varmt at sove i. - Værelset var utroligt lydt. Alle aktiviteter i de omkringliggende værelser kunne tydeligt høres - Værelset fremstod med indretning som lignede noget fra 70'erne. Det fremstod gammelt og beskidt, tapetet var ved at falde af og lyset på badeværelset, et badeværelse der ellers var fint og moderne, blinkede konstant - Sengen var af dårlig kvalitet - Lugten af gamle møbler var gennemtrængende, kun overdøvet af et svært overforbrug af incense overalt på hotellet, der skabte en kvælende parfumeret lugt - vi vågnede begge med bid over hele kroppen muligvis svarende til loppebid. Da vi informerede personalet om dette tog de ikke stilling til problematikken - personalet talte dårligt engelsk og var ikke særlig tilgængelige

Very traditional kind of hotel. One should try staying here instead of the branded ones. This hotel offered me the local feel. It was walking distance from the main market and perfect little abode managed by an old lady who was warm and hospitable.
