We had a great time with NH in Geneva , that is why we think NH Stephanie would be the same but … No . The only great side is the location , other than that everything are very poor . Bathroom are stain , broken sink , bathtub is yellow . Empty fridge with no temperature . Worst thing is the Kettle !!! Smelly and dirty with some kind of moles inside which is unacceptable , i rang the reception twice for an exchange , he said ok but disappear like dont even care . We wont be back !

O hotel é bem localizado, proxímo a estações de metro e tram, com vários restaurantes bons muito próximos, e a 20 minutos a pé no máximo, da maior parte dos pontos turísticos principais da cidade, e em uma rua silenciosa. O hotel está em boas condições gerais e é muito bem limpo. A tv possui numero bem limitado de canais, o que para turistas não faz diferença. O serviço da recepção foi ótimo em todos os momentos da estada, especial agradecimento ao Sr. Patrick.O único porém foi a maneira que um funcionário do serviço do café da manhã me censurou de maneira rude "you dont do this", por colocar um waffle para aquecer na torradeira, o que é comum de se fazer em qualquer hotel do mundo, e quando não havia nenhum aviso de como fazé-lo da maneira correta, em vez de me orientar como o fazer. Fora esse incidente pontual, a estada foi muito boa, e eu recomento o NH Brussels Stéphanie, para quem desejar uma hospedagem tranquila e agradável em Bruxelas.

There is some street noise (mostly boisterous pedestrians at night/early morning) audible from rooms. I'm not sure if thicker glass could block out. This was the only drawback in an otherwise very pleasant stay. We would return and recommend to others.

Stayed here many times but never again.
Been to this hotel many times before in last 20 year's. From the moment we tried to check in the guy on reception although very polite tried to charge us again for our already pre paid room. Dispite me showing him the booking confirmation which clearly said "paid" he just kept say it wasn't and that although hotels.com says its paid he hasn't taken payment yet! 10 minutes later we was still going backwards and forwards showed him the bank transaction that had been paid from online banking. Eventually he looked at the correct booking to discover it was indeed paid! Waste of time. I had already requested a top floor room as previously had many times as we booked the best room type. Get told we was in a superior room which we clearly wasn't. Had requested tea and milk in the room as we don't drink coffee but nothing although like the payment he did spot this afterwards. Only 1 of the 2 lifts working and had been out of order for over a month. No tv remote. Room on 2nd floor And to top it all the maid lets herself in to cop an eye full in the morning! Not worth the money is the truth.

Regarding the lift, we were waiting a piece to be replaced and it took more than expected, but now it's finally fixed. Very clean spacious rooms with friendly/helpful staff. The breakfast was decent with a good variety of items to choose from and the location is excellent, one of the best areas to stay in Brussels for eating out, shopping, etc. My biggest gripe is the lack of amenities in the room, such as an unstocked minibar (Covid protocol that remains in effect here) and not even complimentary water bottles. You can order water by using the QR code but it will cost you. 4-star hotels in Europe normally provide complimentary water bottles as standard. There is no 24-hour menu a la carte room service, only the minibar service. There is no gym. Otherwise good for a short stay, though for me 4 days was pushing it.

The staff was amazing, they made us feel welcome right away. They helped us find local facilities and navigate the city. The room was spaced out well, we had enough space for three of us to pack and unpack our luggage without feeling cramped. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job of cleaning our room. We never saw anyone, but their work was impeccable. Breakfast was great, the week day chef was so friendly and treated each guest like they were his only guest. great way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel
I enjoyed my stay. The room was not completely clean and I found a hair on my bathroom floor that was not mine. Also, I left my earrings on the bathroom and one got lost probably when the cleaning lady went to clean the restroom. However, the breakfast buffet was good, the wifi worked fine and when I forgot a bag full of things at my room after checkout I was able to pick it up, and everything was in there. The location of the hotel is superb.

Weekend away stay in Brussels
The bed is one of the best beds I have ever slept in. It is wonderful. Also, the shower is great. However, the hotel itself I would not recommend. It is built on a busy road, in a very popular area for nights out and the sound-proofing in the building is appalling. You can hear people walk on the street, let alone drive or sing. Despite the inconvenience of this noise, the hotel does not provide ear plugs and as there were no rooms left in the hotel, suggested we check out at midnight when we were unable to sleep. You can also hear the elevator from your room and people talking in the room next to you. It really does not offer a sense of privacy at all.
