"Rented a non smoking room but it smelled like ppl smoked in it every day since it was built. My sheets and blankets had cigarette burns in it. I immediately checked out once I realized the room was filthy and requested a refund that I was promised but have yet to receive. I didn't have the room for 30 minutes. I did receive my deposit but not the $68 I spent on the room."

"No room cleaning done in a 3 night reservation. I asked the house cleaner lady in the hall to empty the trash which she did not do and made me pump it in her cart and then ask for a trash liner. This is more for the property management to see and have training opportunities. "

"My daughter and I booked a room for my daughters girlfriends prom and that morning I found a live cockroach on the shower curtain while I was in the shower. Immediately took it to the front desk, just to find another one In the room. Told them, they apologized and gave me the room RIGHT NEXT to the room I was in. I told them well wouldn’t it be the same issue if it’s the room next door? “No maam, we’ve never had a roach problem but we will double check and thoroughly clean the room we’re giving you” I went out with my daughter for 5 hours to give them plenty of Time I come back and I go into this room and I went to use the bathroom and what do I find? A cockroach crawling on the bathroom floor by the toilet. I go to the front desk and bring it down to them. They apologize again a now offer to upgrade me to a suite… the suite then had dead roaches all in the lights. It was disgusting. Paid almost 400$ for 3 days and a deposit and that’s the quality I received. Absolutely unacceptable And disgusting "

"The house had an odor the moment you walked in. The front porch was converted to a laundry room which may be reason for smell The 4th bedroom was a garage and it had odor too. Linens in garage bedroom poor quality. Tableware was enough for 6 which is what we had but it was inconvenient. There was NO wash clothes. Worse part was uneven floor. You walk in living room and a slant. Every threshold was an issue so watch your step. Neighborhood had some boarded up houses. It was very roomy in living room and bedrooms so if you're looking for space this has it. I always pick Premier Host and I thought that meant great property but not in this caseI don't usually write bad reviews on anything but in this case I wish someone would have told of these things "
