A cockroach crawling on the bathroom floor by the toilet. I go to the front desk and bring it down to them. They apologize again a now offer to upgrade me to a suite… the suite then had dead roaches all in the lights. It was disgusting. Paid almost 400$ for 3 days and a deposit and that’s the quality I received. Absolutely unacceptable And disgusting "

Lorry is a great communicator who replied quickly to even the silliest concerns; she did everything she could to ensure a stress free vacation. Views are beautiful. Blue angels are impressive! The dogs particularly loved running up and down the 400 foot dock surround by beautiful, clear waters. "
