"Got in room had a dryer blowin the floor or room. Strong odor of bleach in room. Ask for another room had none so had to stay in the room.shower needs something on the floor too slippery. Would not recommend this hotel. "

"No room cleaning done in a 3 night reservation. I asked the house cleaner lady in the hall to empty the trash which she did not do and made me pump it in her cart and then ask for a trash liner. This is more for the property management to see and have training opportunities. "

"My daughter and I booked a room for my daughters girlfriends prom and that morning I found a live cockroach on the shower curtain while I was in the shower. Immediately took it to the front desk, just to find another one In the room. Told them, they apologized and gave me the room RIGHT NEXT to the room I was in. I told them well wouldn’t it be the same issue if it’s the room next door? “No maam, we’ve never had a roach problem but we will double check and thoroughly clean the room we’re giving you” I went out with my daughter for 5 hours to give them plenty of Time I come back and I go into this room and I went to use the bathroom and what do I find? A cockroach crawling on the bathroom floor by the toilet. I go to the front desk and bring it down to them. They apologize again a now offer to upgrade me to a suite… the suite then had dead roaches all in the lights. It was disgusting. Paid almost 400$ for 3 days and a deposit and that’s the quality I received. Absolutely unacceptable And disgusting "

"My adult daughters and had an incredible stay during our week in Pensacola. Lorry is a great communicator who replied quickly to even the silliest concerns; she did everything she could to ensure a stress free vacation. Views are beautiful. Blue angels are impressive! The dogs particularly loved running up and down the 400 foot dock surround by beautiful, clear waters. "

"The property was perfect for our stay. We attended a nearby wedding and the home was perfect for the 4 of us. The host was perfect in communication. The home was perfectly clean.I would definitely stay again."

"This place is a gem! It’s a perfect place for large family gatherings, and the location is ideal. I loved sipping my coffee on the screened in porch every morning. The dining room, kitchen, porch, and ground-level areas accommodate 10 people comfortably. I also loved the old time charm and cool Knick knacks. Two things to keep in mind - if you’re traveling with someone who has mobility issues or you have more than 4 vehicles, this location is probably not a good fit. There are a lot of stairs and parking is limited. Lastly, we did have some issues with cleanliness and the host was very responsive and apologetic, and addressed our concerns appropriately. I would definitely stay again! "

"Was overall disappointed with the place as it looked better (on photos) than it actually was -as in tired and could definitely do with a renovation-. Contacted John and found him very responsive: place didn’t have a breakfast/dining table and microwave wasn’t working; he immediately took action. Also kitchen was lacking any salad bowl. There were 4 of us staying for about 10 days and cooking meals wasn’t easy. The place was walking distance to the Yacht Club which was very convenient for us attending an event there over 10 days. "
