"Staff couldn’t find my reservation & I had to wait for almost 15 minutes when checking in for them to find my reservation. Hotel was clean, some features in the lobby, bar area and outside are more modern. I tried calling several times in the morning to speak with someone at the front desk and they never answered. "We booked this hotel because of the proximity to Knott's Berry Farm, the price & that websites & reviews said they offered shuttle service to the nearby parks. I found out when we checked in that they no longer offer shuttle service. Luckily, it's a 10 minute walk to the Knott's entrance to avoid the $40-$45 parking fees. The hotel is what you'd expect for a budget hotel/motel. The room was fine... there was some damage, but overall it got the job done. The coffee maker in our room was broken, but they replaced it right away. The wifi was slow & had a weak signal that would drop off from time to time in building 2. The AC was cold, the beds were comfortable enough, and we didn't have any problems with parking on a Wednesday - Saturday stay... although it was a lot busier when we checked out on Saturday morning. The only ice maker is outside the main office & the staff have to give you access to it so that wasn't very convenient. The pool looked fine & was open, but we didn't use it. Without the shuttle service, I'd probably look around at pricing for the other hotels within walking distance to the park and spend more money for a nicer place in the future."
