Facility clean and updated. However, windows need heavy drapes as only sheer lightweight ones in place. Not an issue if you are getting up at daybreak. Just don't plan on sleeping in. Staff very good. Location very convenient to courts/government/banks/library/offices. Very little retail left in DT Buffalo anymore.

Staff at restaurant were very friendly at breakfast and also at the bar in the evening. My family stayed there for my nephew's graduation. My Sister has cancer and has been very sick for a long time, but at your bar I saw her smile and laugh for the first time in at least 3 years! Thank you so much for a wonderful family experience!

I’m sure there are nicer places to stay than this hotel. The room was old, shower had a strange smell that I would compare to a gym locker room shower. Also, sleep was continuously interrupted by an alarm clock that kept ringing. It could not be unplugged. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The staff was friendly. Overall, pick somewhere else.

Expensive for the eclipse, but property made sure to have ample staff, decorated the lobby, welcome basket provided. Felt like they got into the spirit. Happy to have stayed here

We used digital check-in and arrived to find that our room had other people in it. Ended up having to check our bags and will try to checkin after the NHL game we are at.

My room was not cleaned properly bed comforter had stains on it. Pillows were about as thin as possible. Hotel bar was closed by 10. Several people sitting outside hotel asking for change. When I opened drawers in room found loose pills change and wrappers

Overall a nice stay, but the front desk staff when we checked in very extremely rude, I get it we were early but be nice about it and don’t get mad if we ask to keep our bags at the desk. That’s a normal hotel thing to do. Rooms and area were great though so it made up for it.

Good hotel not greatest location
Had no issues with staff. Site from room was amazing. Had pool was cold but still good swimming. Restaurant in hotel was great with great food and great workers. (10/10). Issues was we found trash under the beds. Beds were uncomfortable. Had to pay to park at a lot a block away and constantly was getting asked for food or money from locals. Wouldnt recommend area if you have kids.
