"The hotel was easy to deal with, both getting into and for getting into the city. The room was great. What I didn’t like was the breakfast. It was unclear how to pay for the breakfast (since the Expedia rate didn’t include breakfast). Once I finally paid (off to the side at the bar) I had to go back to the host desk to be seated. It was a poorly apportioned buffet where the fried eggs’ yolks were cook d solid after being under the heat lamp so long."

"The fairy garden for kids was a cute addition to our stay. The food was great but the service was unprofessional, we were forgotten about for a long time. The room was quiet, spacious, and reception provided a wonderful fan for our room. "
