"A magical, serene escape — Five Bungalows is a true hidden gem.Our stay here was unforgettable. The property is set amidst a lush beachfront forest, offering a unique combination of privacy, nature, and direct beach access. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean and birds in the trees felt like a dream.The five individual bungalows are charming, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The shared amenities really set this property apart — the swimming pool is beautiful and refreshing, surrounded by greenery and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There are also plenty of outdoor spaces to lounge, dine, or just enjoy the natural beauty.We also took advantage of the chef and food service, and it was absolutely wonderful — delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented meals that made our stay even more relaxing and special.The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything about our stay was seamless.This property strikes a perfect balance: close enough to Tamarindo and Langosta for dining, shopping, and nightlife, yet tucked away enough to feel like your own private paradise. Perfect for families, couples, or even a group of friends looking for a unique and memorable getaway. We highly recommend it and hope to return soon!"

The room was beautiful. The shower was next level. The double shower heads and the outside view had me taking multiple showers a day. Additionally the view from our partial ocean view room was beautiful. I would definitely return to this property."

"Our stay at Casa Frisons was phenomenal. The home has so much space, beautiful views, and an abundance of comfort and amenities. The host, Bilitis, and all of the staff were kind, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. This is a top notch luxury property and we didn’t want to leave! "

"The moment we opened the front door we couldn’t stop smiling! The pictures on the website don’t begin to capture its beauty and coziness. We were celebrating our 50 th anniversary with ages ranging from 18 to 79. We all had our private spaces and wonderful places to gather as a family. We rented a car and had no trouble navigating. We we going to rent a golf cart but discovered you have to be 21 to drive them. Our favorite restaurant was Oceana which is at the new marina. We actually went twice. The taco shop doesn’t look like much but was delicious and we brought our dinner home to the best view in the world. If you want an all day adventure we can’t recommend Pure Nature highly enough! Ou guide Livingston and his driver Orlando went above and beyond "

"From the moment Bilitis opened the door to show us into the property, we were in love with this house! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the whole house is comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The views are even more spectacular than the photos - waking up to wide open views of the ocean and resting on the patio while watching the sunset every night is exactly what we needed on this vacation! The staff keeps the house spotless - they clean the pool first thing in the morning, and they came to clean the house while we were out during the day. Bilitis went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable - when we had any minor issues, she responded immediately and fixed it! She even had ice cold drinks waiting for us on our arrival. I was so grateful for help with the laundry - Bilitis even said “it’s not a vacation if you have to do laundry” - the first time we handed over our laundry bag and they brought everything back the next day washed and folded. A couple days later, we were surprised to see that they took the laundry bag without even being asked, which was so thoughtful. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable and have tons of storage space (which was not the case in other places we stayed on this vacation). We kept doors closed so there were no insects inside the house, but we saw lots of crabs and iguanas on the street leading up to the house! I would come back to Costa Rica just to stay in Villa Fugata again! Five stars!!!"
