"This was a lovely property. The staff was excellent and very helpful with ways to acclimate to the altitude. We got great restaurant recommendations and directions around the San Blas area of Cusco. The only issue was that our room faced a small courtyard area that had very bright fluorescent or LED lighting until 10 or 11 at night that the blackout curtains couldn't quite mask."

"We love staying at Encantada Casa. It’s only a 10 to 15 minute walk to Plaza los Armas, and we were in a nice quiet part of town where we can get a full night sleep while leaving the window open the breakfast. It was really delicious and the omelette station was so fun to wake up to every morning. The staff is so nice and helps with anything that you will need. We did laundry at the hotel too, and they brought it back beautifully folded and smelling great "

Very helpful and polite staff (since my tour starts at 4am the next morning, Ruth made sure a breakfast box is ready for me the next morning). "We loved the stay at Hotel Arcangel. The location was excellent, the staff was awesome. Right after we checked in we were offered coca tea to help with altitude sickness. In the reception, dining room and in our room there were natural flowers which was a very special touch. The hotel also offered to go breakfast when we had tours that left early (3AM, 4AM). "This hotel is always exceptional, all around. Clearly very well managed and staffed. The restaurant is exceptional and the included wide-range included breakfast is even more exceptional. This is the 4th visit and there will be a 5th in October. Bartender Edy makes an amazing Pisco Sour and the first one is free for everybody who checks in."
