" Beautiful Villa with excellent facilities throughout. Perfect location with the old town only 20 minutes walk and supermarkets, Lidl & Aldi 5 minutes walk away. Parking space for one car which is very private in a gated area. The area is really convenient, we drove to Silves castle and Zoomarine, I would recommend both and just 30 minutes drive. "Pros: Plenty of room in villa, nice pool area, shops and bus terminal 8-10 mins, old town and beach 15-20 min walk, Ricardo was very good had time for you even though it was after midnight when we arrived explained everything well Cons: 25 euro extra payment for late arrival,get a key safe,shower room downstairs needs to have ventilation, wardrobes and upstairs room seemed to get damp,and more english television programmes"

"Love this area as out of main Albufeira but access is so easy by local taxi or walking House was very spacious and comfortable. The pool is at front of the property but that didn’t bother us as the area is quiet with little traffic Carlos the owner was great. "It’s opposite the Marina and within walking access to the Old town. The train and bus stations are a short walk away. This made the stay convenient. We got a bottle of wine as part of the hotels.com reservation which was great. We went for the half board option expecting a buffet for dinner but instead we had a three course meal which far outweighed the costs of the half board deal. Bed, pillows and room was comfortable. Good bathroom with toiletries. Also got a free bottle of still and sparkling water. Great deal overall!"

"The food is great buffee option is nice for dinner if you arent half board try it , the restaurant options were all good and quality staff is lively and good spot for hiking quiet time . The spa is convenient but i have seen better i can rate the spa 5 out of 10. For this quality it was poor massage . Other than the massage i would recommend the hotel for relax and rest time . Very good option "

"Lovely superior room overlooking the beach in the Praia hotel (note that there are 2 different buildings, so the cheaper rooms are not on in the beachside building). Fell asleep listening to the waves each night. Be aware that the bathroom ‘wall’ is a half-frosted glass pane (though the toilet is separated). Not an issue if you’re close to the person you’re sharing the room with! Breakfast was good but not great. Worth including at the discounted rate but definitely not worth the €22 on the day! Overall, the rooms are great value for money, and we would stay here again, but only in the superior rooms in the ‘Praia’ hotel. "
