"Pros: Plenty of room in villa, nice pool area, shops and bus terminal 8-10 mins, old town and beach 15-20 min walk, Ricardo was very good had time for you even though it was after midnight when we arrived explained everything well Cons: 25 euro extra payment for late arrival,get a key safe,shower room downstairs needs to have ventilation, wardrobes and upstairs room seemed to get damp,and more english television programmes"

"Pros: We stayed here for a family holiday and it was lovely, in a great location for us with kids away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area but close enough to walk in to the old town if we wanted and shops for groceries nearby too. The pool was lovely and great that it was all fenced off so secure for the kids. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly and professionally by our host Catarina. "Love this area as out of main Albufeira but access is so easy by local taxi or walking House was very spacious and comfortable. The pool is at front of the property but that didn’t bother us as the area is quiet with little traffic Carlos the owner was great. There was lots of communication from him beforehand and he also took us to the supermarket on the way from the airport which we were very grateful for. "Lovely location opposite the beach, quiet at night, amazingly big room with a balcony looking out at the beach. Plenty of space to sit by the pool when we went and it was great drinking cocktails by the pool but it was too cold to go in the water. Breakfast was really good too with lots of options and the staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Pros: The room was exactly as described—very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and we also enjoyed the food from the poolside bar. The property itself is beautiful, with lush landscaping and a relaxing atmosphere. Cons: The “direct beach access” felt a bit misleading. Because of the cliffs, accessing the beach requires either a 15-minute walk down the road or navigating 300+ stairs to a secluded beach. The walk itself isn’t too bad, but it was difficult with my wife being 7 months pregnant. The shower temperature constantly fluctuated to scalding hot, which made my 3-year-old afraid to use it. During our stay, I cut my toe and asked staff for a bandage, but was told they didn’t have any available, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber. Parking was also frustrating—spaces seemed first-come, first-served each day, and when we tried to use the underground garage, the gate wouldn’t open. Overall: The hotel has many positives, especially the beautiful grounds, clean rooms, and good food, but a few practical issues made the stay less convenient than expected."

"Room was great - we paid extra for a sea view with a balcony which we would recommend. The hotel decor was very nice with a beautiful lobby and very nice pool area. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was fantastic - lots of variety. The view from the dining room was stunning."

"Had a warm welcome from moncef at reception upon landing and checking into the hotel and have been upgraded to a suite by Ikram given some problems I had with my room. Thanks to both and the rest of the team for making my stay all the more convenient and enjoyable. Some of the facilities like the racket sport and gym were not available at the time of my stay. The hotel could do with some variety to the buffet breakfast as I’d got tired of having the same thing every morning. Otherwise well maintained clean rooms / suites, nice indoor swimming pool and spacious green garden to lounge at. Above all thanks to the really helpful staff!"
