"Air con was ridiculously on a timer. Rang reception BOILING hot at 11.30pm and was told "it's on a timer, there's nothing we can do". So the aircon (despite having cooled the room down to 18degrees as we set it to, to be able to sleep) automatically sets back to heat the room up to 22 degrees, not matter what aircon temperature you set it to. Unsleepable."
