Lovely place with great facilities but some looking very dated and in need of refurb (tennis courts; mini golf etc) Evening entertainment too loud some nights - excessively so :( Long queues for evening meal also and restaurant quite crowded - food lovely though and great choice

Nice resort
When we arrived we had a speedy check in. Rooms took a bit of finding but we got there eventually. Had a lovely evening meal. The rest of the holiday went very well.

Transfer from the airport: terrible, you can either choose expensive way - taxi - which will cost around 50e one way, or try 2 types of buses & pray that they will arrive Location: it looks nice from google earth view, but the beach itself is quite dirty, nice walk along the cost, it is 3.7km from centre of Cambrils though! Room: basic, renovated, but the cleanliness could be improved! kettle, fridge, safe & plenty storage space, only one chair for 2 people though Hotel: resort is quite big a spread a bit, but not connected under one roof, so when it rains - it's not really nice to walk around Pools: very nice, but water absolutely freezing - except the indoor pool - as this is heated Playroom next to canteen: the worst part of hotel, small, dirty, pool equipment with serious health & safety hazards! Canteen: big, but not very well organized - long queues almost every evening, but good variety of food - so it's worth waiting! Bar: OK, not too expensive, so would recommend

Great resort on the beach front
We had a lovely holiday at the Estival Eldorado. Our junior suite with sea view was fab - clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Pool towels were provided and bath towels and bedlinen changed regularly. The resort has 3 good size outdoor pools. The beachfront location is ideal with the parasols and loungers included in the price for All Inclusive guests. Both my children have peanut allergy and restaurant staff were happy to confirm which dishes contain nuts. Restaurant staff advised they don't use peanuts however, the following day a bowl of peanuts were in the ice-cream sprinkle station. The main restaurant has lots of choice and a few more vegetarian options would be great. We were very happy with the quality of the food and was it lovely washed down with a glass of Sangria whilst taking in the beautiful seaview. The port of Cambrils is a gentle and pleasant 40min walk along the sea front. Great place for a family holiday.

Lovely relaxing place to stay 👍
Stayed here last week! Wow its an amazing place. Great pools. massive rooms. Food excellent quality and choice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Immaculate throughout. Great showers. We had a suite room 1162. Huge room with large balcony and amazing sea views. 20 mins walk to Cambrils. Food and drinks very reasonably priced. Great for adults and kids too.Would definitely return.

Nice hotel friendly staff
We enjoyed our ten day stay April/May. We stayed in a standard room half board. Our son and daughter in law and their two children stayed in one of the villas. They also did half board. The Buffet was excellent. Plenty of entertainment for the kids. It worked for us.

We booked 7 days prior to our arrival, and we were given a great room with a sea outlook The hotel is only 2 km from Cambrils and walking along the beach road was easy There are plenty of local restaurants close but the El Dorado is comparable WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND VERY GOOD SERVICE .....THANK YOU

Eldorado - a good description
We have stayed three times overnight at the Eldorado, and each time we wish we could stay longer. The rooms are clean and spacious, the grounds are extremely well kept, and most pleasant just for a stroll - and the beach is just across the lane! The sports facilities are excellent. The outside dining areas give a perfect mediterranean feel.

Große Hotelanlage direkt am Strand
Gepfleqte Anlage. Vielfältige Poolanlagen. Unmittelbar am Strand hinter sehr gepflegter Promenade für Fußgänger und Radfahrer. Viel Grün. Juniorsuite geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit großem Balkon. Gutes bis sehr gutes Abendprogramm. Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe, waren ausreichend in der Nachsaison. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück- und Abendbüfett. Eindeutig zuwenig Servicepersonal beim Abendbüfett, deswegen leider überfordert, da es sehr voll war. Kamen mit Abräumen und neu Eindecken der Tische nicht hinterher. Trotzdem um Freundlichkeit bemüht. Zimmerreinigung ließ zu wünschen übrig, im Bad nur das notwendigste, Zimmer nur einmal in 7 Tagen.

Le batiment dans lequel nous étions était en parfait état. Chambre très spacieuse, calme avec une vue sur la mer. Séjour très agréable. L'équipe de l'hotel était souriante, aimable et à l'écoute. Buffet du petit déjeuner imposant et diversifié. L'équipe en salle était très disponible. 1 observation: pas assez d'ascenseurs pour accéder aux étages supérieurs. 2 points mineurs d'amélioration: parking trop petits, donc difficile de trouver une place a proximité de l'hotel, et alors que la chambre était généralement très propre, une tasse n'a pas été nettoyé ou changé (cela reste marginal). Nous n'avions pas nos enfants, mais l'hotel nous a semblé bien équipé pour les accueillir et les occuper.

Täydellinen rauhalliseen rantalomailuun, paljon ihanteellista rantaa sekä auringon että uimisen suhteen. Hyvät pyöräilytiet. Hotelli siisti ja mukava, altaita hyvin. Paljon vanhempaa väkeä ja lapsiperheitä, mutta tilaa oli hyvin ainakin vähän kiivaimman sesongin ulkopuolella. Hyvä paikka vaikka palatakin. Hotellin ravintoloiden lisäksi tosin muut ravintolat ovat kolmen tai neljän kilometrin päässä eli kaupungin keskustassa. Pyörällä pääsi oikein hyvin ja hotellilla oli kyllä aika mukavasti tarjontaa. Huoneen hintaan kuuluva puffata-aamiainen runsas js monipuolinen. Siisteys ja palvelu todella hyvät.

Séjour en couple retraité en chambre standard.
Hôtel très correct qui mérite sa cotation.Nous avons passe un séjour de 8 jours en arrière saison. Tout était conforme à nos attentes si ce n'est la fermeture du SPA pendant notre séjour. Ce qui a motivé un bémol dans notre avis. Chambre confortable , sanitaire s de qualité. Espaces vert très bien entretenus. Personnel aimable. Plage avec pavillon bleu, transats et paillotes polynésien nés en quantité suffisante malgré un hôtel plein. Parking en périphérie de l'hôtel . Nourriture très variee en quantité suffisante .

Superbe endroit
Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. L'endroit est magnifique, les infrastructures sont modernes et bien entretenues. Le buffet du soir est varié et la nourriture délicieuse. La plage est belle et le village de Cambrils peut être atteint à pied ou à vélo par une belle promenade le long de la plage. Seuls bémols: le jus d'orange chimique et la qualité des croissants au petit déjeuner ainsi que la difficulté de trouver un transat disponible au bord des piscines dues au fait des nombreuses personnes qui y laissent leurs linges de bain et ne viennent pas. On ne comprend pas pourquoi la direction de l'hôtel n'intervient pas.

La habitación amplia e insonorizada, no se oían los niños de otras habitaciones. El buffet se saturaba un poco a la hora punta de la cena, pero con evitarla se solucionaba.el buffet es bastante variado, unica pega que casi no había opciones para vegetarianos, más que un buffet sencillo de ensalada pasta pizza y un plato de verdura guisada. Pero uno se podía apañar. Respecto de los snack entre horas (merienda o almuerzo) no tenían mucha variedad, eso sería un punto de mejora. Tiene buffet infantil, es bajo para que los niños puedan servirse solos. Una idea muy buena. Hay tronas de Ikea por todo. La limpieza de la habitación muy buena. La piscina del hotel (no la del Splash) era bastante tranquila y tiene un vaso para niños que les llega a la cintura asique pueden jugar muy bien. No está en el pueblo asique es muy tranquilo. Nosotros no salimos del resort. En la playa hay hamacas y sombrillas gratis si vas con la opción de todo incluido (bastante recomendable) Haymuchas familiar con bebés. Seguramente repitamos el próximo verano.

Hôtel bien situé au bord de la mer avec des transats gratuits +++. Les chambres très propres+++. Tout l 'établissement est très propre et bien entretenu. Deux Bmol. Pas d' explication à la réception sur le fonctionnement et les possibilités offertes- Au buffet, les plats ne sont pas très chaud---souvent froids et beaucoup de plats et légumes surgelés.Le buffet de desserts sont de piètres qualités---.A titre indicatif, si vous ne prenez pas le tout compris, l' eau vous est facturée et la première bouteille de vin à 9,5e n 'est pas terrible; la suivante à 11,5e.

Ce séjour était parfait, rien à redire que ce soit pour le personnel disponible et souriant, pour la chambre spacieuse et propre, le bâtiment à taille humaine et pas une grande barre, le restaurant avec une cuisine variée et abondante et les piscines qui ne sont pas des petits mouchoirs de poche avec un plus pour celle réservée aux adultes.

Estuvimos 10 noches en Abril de 2017 con media pension. Llegabamos de noche, lo avisamos en Enero en la reserva. Desde el aeropuerto y de la ruta, llamamos dos veces, para avisar que estabamos en camino. Cuando llegamos, no tenian nuestra reserva, que habia sido hecha por aca, y hasta se las tuve que enviar por correo. En la habitacion habiamos pedido Cama Matrimonial, y nos armaron dos camas indiv. de colchones muy duros, que cuando reclamamos, nos dijeron "que no tenian, pero que iban a ver si.." y "que no importaba, que lo habiamos solicitado con anticipacion". Nunca lo solucionaron y habia habitaciones vacias. Lo hablo con las dos Señoras que arreglan los cuartos y nos la armaron matrimonial, con las dos camas, por ellas, el personal tiene un punto mas. En los Desayunos y Cenas, hacelo rapido, porque llegado el horario, no te dejan ni una miga de pan, y si te queres quedar de sobremesa, te hacen sentir que te tienes que ir. Una cena, fuimos a buscar el postre, y cuando regresamos a la mesa, nos habian retirado todo, hasta las copas que tenian liquido, y estaban nuestras pertenencias en la mesa. La comida pocas veces estaba caliente. La tortilla del desayuno, se notaba que era comprada en algun Super, Si, fue variada, pero lo que me molesto, que estaba siempre fria, y se los dije. El personal del comedor, siempre estaba apurado, ni bien terminabas el ultimo bocado, te sacaban el plato, y asi con todo. En el Spa, no habia nadie que hiciese, respetar las normas del lugar

Un séjour magnifique ! D'abord par sa position géographique où ce complexe est à proximité immédiate de la mer avec aucun véhicule entre la mer et ce resort. Puis à un petit quart d'heure de Portaventura. Nous avions le petit-déjeuner compris : il y avait de tout ! Parfait encore car nous le prenions sur la terrasse devant une mer splendide et toujours ce silence impressionnant. Nos Deux chambres ont été parfaites.
