The Signal Box is a well equipped beautifully presented 1 bedroom house with a patio & plenty of parking. The property is perfectly situated for exploring the stunning North coast of Cornwall.

The entrance to The Signal Box is to the rear through an attractive porch. On entering the property you will be greeted with a light & airy open plan living area, kitchen diner. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating & a flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with double oven & all the mod cons as well as a kitchen table to seat two. A doorway from the kitchen leads to a newly refurbished shower room with large walk-in shower.

Heading up the stairs, you'll find a good sized double bedroom with storage.

The sunny patio area has a table & chairs for your sole use & a garden which is for your use & also for the next door 1 bedroom property.
