This is not a four-star hotel, the rooms do not have air conditioning that works and when we complained they gave some silly excuses ... the staff evaded any responsibility ... we even witnessed a fuss of a customer protesting the lack of air he even called the police and they still didn't fix the problem ... I don't come back to this hotel

The lobby smelled like cigarettes at all times. The rooms were dingy compared to the photos. Our bathroom had mold between the tiles. The bathroom had a doorway sealed with an adhoc piece of wood which separated a bathroom from another room. This meant we could hear other guests using the toilet on the other side. There were cockroaches in the bathroom as well. It was unpleasant at the least. The rooms were loud and not very well insulated. We could hear guests from upstairs and outside. Initially, our room and the entire floor began smelling like sewage. We asked the staff about this and they told us that it's the way Valencia smells like. A maintenance worker used an ozone machine to clear the smell, but this replaced it with an unnatural chemical smell which was uninhibitable. We had to spend quite a bit of time and effort to get a new room which had almost identical issues, minus the smell. The towels were old and somewhat yellowed. I would advise against booking this hotel.

Bed was horrible. So bad that I got a terrible case of migraine sleeping on a hard mattress with springs poking. Air conditioning didn't do much either and no internet connection, neither on our own device nor on the hotel computer. Room was spacious though.

Very nice staff and lobby, room was disappointing, very small window facing a wall, not great, damage floor, room was kind of smelly. I was expecting a little better

The staff are really good, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are a really good size.
It's a 4 star hotel so I would expect tea/coffee making facilities and also bottles of water to be provided as other 4 star hotels do
