Great location, very clean and very quiet. Due to the locations room can be horribly positioned, as in your window will look into a wall and it's like you're in a basement. Definitely recommended if room will only be used for sleeping.

the hotel staff are very rude. Restaurant staff left the kitchen door opened and performed the cleaning in the kitchen. The strong smell of cleaning the kitchen, dish washing, grease and odors affected customers sat besides the kitchen. The male and female restaurant staff ignored our concerns.

Great Little Hotel in Valencia

Hotel VillaCarlos is located outside of city center but an easy bus ride away. Staff were polite and spoke English, they had a very nice continental breakfast and there were lots of lower price restaurants in the neighborhood compared to city center. Hotel was very quiet which can be hard to find. No coffee in the lobby and no kettles in the rooms but they did have small refrigerators.

Staff friendly and efficient. Minor moans are single beds are particularly narrow and shower wasn't very powerful. Enjoyed our stay and location good. Value good also
