Tuscan Villa 5mins from beach, sleeps 8, ev point

Relax at our gorgeous 4 bedroom villa set in quiet farmland between Rimigliano beach and Venturina, on the Etruscan coast of Maremma in Tuscany. There is plenty to see and do in the local area. It's 1-hour by car from Pisa airport, 3 minutes from Rimigliano Beach, 15 minutes to Baratti Bay. The popular seaside resort town of San Vincenzo is 15 minutes away.

As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
Our villa is set in a large gated and enclosed garden with several areas for al fresco dining front and back, including a large covered rear portico.
The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, induction hob, air fryer, a kettle, toaster, and all the cooking pans you'll need, plus a mocha for making coffee Italian-style and a milk frother.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and satellite internet access with Apple TV. There's also a table tennis table, and beach trunk with umbrellas and chairs for daily visits to the beach, and cupboard full of games.

This villa has 4 bedrooms, all with newly fitted air conditioning and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed with a brand new ensuite bathroom.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed, with a balcony.
The third bedroom contains a double bed which converts to 2 twin beds.
The fourth bedroom contains 2 twin beds.

We have a travel cot, high chair and a stair gate you can put up for your little one if needed.

There are 3 bathrooms.
The first (ensuite) bathroom has a toilet, sink, bidet and a walk-in shower.
The next (family) bathroom has a toilet, bidet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The third (downstairs) bathroom has a toilet, bidet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included., and we have a washing machine and tumble dryer.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- There is free parking on premises for 3 cars at the property, with an EV charger.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
