The people at the apartments were nice and friendly &helpful. The gastropub underneath is also a great place to eat in. The appointment itself was clean and tiday . All you could ask for really.

Lift didn’t work, staff playing on phone all the time, couldn’t get through main entrance, had to buzz for staff to open the door. Good wi fi. Street parking difficult. Underground parking £24 per day and a good walk from hotel.
