"Room are clean and nice the only think is i booked king bed and they gave us queen bed room also you have no option to book the high floor bedroom online we were at 15th floor it’s not bad but would love to be on the upper level , check in is 4pm the line was crazy we waited on line one hour to checkin , checkout was easy "

"The staff there, Jasper, who helped us during our one night stay there, was very good. We had to drop our bags there a day before our actual check-in date due to our travel schedule. He only met us very briefly that time (less than 10 mins). On our actual check-in date the next day, we got there very late in the evening (around 11:30pm), and he still remembered us, made sure we got our stuff and everything we needed, made sure we were gonna be comfortable on our short stay, and made sure that we are able to catch the shuttle early in the morning the next day. The fact that he remembered us even with just less than 10 mins of interaction is amazing. Honestly, I would go back to this hotel just because of him and how he treated us during our stay. Go to him if you’re staying at this hotel, because he’s going to make sure that you’ll enjoy your stay. "
