Special shout out to Dave who was an absolute pleasure checking us in and helping set our Banff trip off on such a positive note! Also, we read some reviews that made us concerned about the heating units in the room, but they really didn’t bother our group of 4 at all. We adjusted the angle of the fan and the noise didn’t wake us up at all. We all agreed we would love to come back to Banff and would 100% stay at the Otter Hotel again! Such a high end experience for a reasonable price!"
