Banff Rocky Mountain Resort

"This resort has great location, close to the freeway and just 2 minutes from downtown Banff. We booked a room with loft and it felt like a furnished studio-type apartment. It has a kitchen, equipped with a good size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee-maker and cooking and dining utensils. It has 1 and a half bath, full bath with shower/tub by the loft and a half bath in the main room. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the main room where a small dining set and a study table is placed, and a queen bed in the loft. This was perfect for us because we are a couple and travelled with our son. My husband and I took the loft and our son took the sofa bed in the main room. It gave us a lot of privacy in the evening, as opposed to when booking a 2 bed hotel room in which you can easily get into each other's faces, especially if it is for more than just a night. They also have a bbq area, pool, basketball courts and plenty of parking spaces. There is also a restaurant on site offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. The check in and check out process was easy, staff were friendly."
Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa

"Our stay was quite comfortable however I did not expect No AC in the rooms. The common areas are airconditioned but the bedroom aren't. They provide fans. Apart from that everything else was great."
Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge

"Property was dated if you compare it to all the newer architecture in the area. Parking was a bit difficult but it was very busy while we were there. Staff and daily service was excellent. We felt it was good value for the cost comparatively."

"We had a lovely time at the Fox Hotel in Banff. It was very nice hotel with a beautiful hot pool and was near many shops and restaurants. It had easy access to transportation to the area"
