Top notch staff made us feel welcome and special and recommended/handled booking several great local/not touristy restuarants. "The location was great everything we wanted to see was in short walking distance . Everything was close . Really only issue was it is a bit small , mattress was not very comfortable get a new one and all would have been better . The little extra room had 2 chairs but TV was in main room with bed so sat on bed to watch a movie . I know there’s not much you could do with the size but we did have fun sitting on patio and watching the crowds . Loved Florence would recommend highly ."

"My husband and I stayed for a weekend. The hotel and the staff are awesome! The hotel has character and charm. The entire staff was attentive and very helpful at all times. The breakfast was great and so was the bar. The hotel was also proactive in allowing to store our luggage all day Sunday while we still checked out the city. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. I definitely recommend staying!"

"Our room was very spacious with a big, bright bathroom. Everything was immaculate, and the staff and service were top notch. Even though it's right along the train tracks, it was absolutely silent. The bed was the most comfortable one we had in our month long trip around Italy, and it wasn't even close! There was very secure parking onsite, and half a block from the hotel, you can hop on a tram that takes you right to Santa Maria Novella, or walk there in less than 15 minutes. This was a great stay for us! "
