Our family found this Excellent place to stay for one night. There is absolutely nothing around walking distance but they have snacks for sell that they deliver to your apartment. Very modern, clean and comfortable place.

Apartment was great, plenty of space for family of 5. It was clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because of the location. The property is in an isolated location, in an industrial park, but we didn’t have any issues because we rented a car. This is not a property that is very near the beach, at least a 15 min drive. The price was great compared to other properties.

Perfect after a long day of travel.

1st Luxury Warehouse is off the beaten path but the accommodations are amazing, clean and the satff was very helpful. I felt safe and secure. For our 1 night stay after a long day of travel it was perfect. Alberto also helped us when ordering food for dinner and bringing in our things. Great guy.

Great Apartment/Wearhouses

We liked the apartment. It was very spacious and nice. We stayed in the two bedroom one and we were two families, a total of 8 people. The kitchen is huge, has a microwave and stove. There was a coffee maker with a pot of coffee and plenty of tea bags. The fridge was huge. The beds were all comfortable and the AC cooled well. Please know that the apartments are in a wearhouse area and they are actually within the wearhouses, but very nice. When Oder an Uber make sure you order it from outside and not the apartment. The staff is very nice and the place is very secured.

Beautiful Apartment 😍

I would stay here any time we can, the apartment was wonderful. My bed was amazing, my twin brothers and his wife had a bed as hard as they come. From a 1-10 I rate it 9.5 The one thing, none of us liked!!! Cheap uncovertabl black bed sheets, that was the only thing I would changed in this beautifully Apartment.

This place was about 4 minutes from the airport. At first we thought we mapped the wrong house no lights signs or anything on the drive there. It was hard to find and confusing. There’s nothing to walk to you need a car. Once we got into the apartment everything was new and clean. Great size for party of 4. Would stay again if I had an early flight.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and, well, luxurious, my room at 1st Luxery Warehouse was. It was very immaculate and I had absolutely no complaints upon arrival. We had a huge amount of space, enough to accommodate all five of us comfortably (it was a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite). We were aware of the remote location issue and didn't expect much in the way of amenities outside of the property. Fortunately the owners provide you with several takeout menus that will deliver food. Additionally, Uber Eats is available if you need any food or groceries. The place was fully stocked with dishes, glasses and silverware, right down to the bottle opener & corkscrew. We had a very comfortable stay and it's a place I could see myself staying for an extended period if necessary. My only issue was the noise. Somewhere around 2am it sounded like a huge party or ruckus or disturbance of some sort in our building below us on the 1sr floor (we were on the 2nd floor but the noise sure carried). I'm not sure what was going on and I definitely was not going to go out and check, but it was loud and it carried on for about an hour and a half. Again, probably a party or after hoyrs get-together, but it kept us awake a little too long. Other than that I was nothing but impressed with 1st Luxury Warehouse and despite the noise issue I would highly recommend this place.
