"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel has many strong points. Pros: The hotel is very large, beautiful, and well maintained. The grounds were always clean, and the rooms were cleaned several times a day, which was very pleasant. We liked the variety of restaurants and the selection of food. Although not every dish suited our taste, the overall choice was truly extensive. The pools deserve special praise. The water was clean, the pools were beautiful, and the depth was very comfortable for both adults and children. Our kids absolutely loved the children’s pool and the water slides. We also enjoyed the saltwater pool, which is filled directly with water from the ocean. This is a unique and very interesting feature of the hotel. We would also like to highlight the children’s playground. The kids spent a lot of time there and were very happy, while the parents could relax nearby. Cons: We would have liked to see more variety in the food and a more service system at the buffet. For example, for cheese, certain vegetables, and some other items, guests need to ask the staff for assistance, which is not always convenient. We also felt that the hotel lacked evening entertainment. After dinner, the choice of activities is quite limited, so evenings can feel a bit boring. It would be great to add more evening shows, live music, or other entertainment programs for guests. Overall, this is a very good family hotel with beautiful grounds, excellent pools, and friendly service."

"Service, food, & attention is top notch but there’s not enough restaurants for all the guests and there were long lines… sometimes we had to wait 40-75mins for a table. Resort has no reservations. Special thank you to Gabriel, we sat with him at the italian & asian restaurant. He really made us have a good experience. Views from the rooms are everything. Both the lagoon & beach are breathtaking. We booked a preferred room but to be honest its not worth it. We didn't really feel any of the “VIP” experience. Yes it has access to higher floors & an infinity pool but it was way too small and the vibe was way better at the regular pools. Entertainment at this resort is lacking. At least compared to other all inclusives that we’ve been to in cancun & punta cana it wasnt very engaging. Barely any evening shows & not much going on at the pools or beach area. Music could be better! Not much variety & they turn it off at 4:45pm when the pool is open until 7pm. Beware of the upselling around the resort for their unlimited vacation club, spa, & “upgrades” for a reserved table at the restaurants/event that require a wine bottle. There’s a spa across the street from the resort that’s much more affordable. Although this resort is located in a prime location it’s a bit overpriced for the amenities."

"The buffet was bad & the pool is farther ,the hotel gave us $250 resorts credit but doesn’t apply anything. When I purchase the beach bag $175 is apply to resort credit but they charge extra for tax $28 U.S dollar pay out of pocket. That’s ridiculous !!!! Also I have twins boys are 13 years old but we not enjoy the water slide & jumping. They require kids over 15 without parents. This trips is sooo awful with my family 😔😔😔 WE NEVER GO BACK AGAIN"
