A 2-minute walk from the outlet and 15 minute drive from the international airport this modern hotel was ideally placed and priced for our family of 4 completing our holiday in Mexico. The restaurant, bar and pool were wonderful amenities that were actually resort level. My kiddos loved the pool and outdoor pool, while my husband and I were grateful for the restaurant and bar conveniently on the first floor. Will definitely be our go-to airport selection."

"The staff was extremely unhelpful when we arrived. We arrived at 3pm after a full day of traveling. No one greeted us. After about 5 minutes a guy made eye contact and said just a few minutes. 30 minutes later I said: "When are we going to be able to check in???" I didn't understand his answer, so I said: can we leave our luggage with you we are starving. There were 4 of us with an 8 year old child. When we returned 2 hours later we could check in. I asked for a roll away bed they said no....
