Kitchen/Diner with table seating for 5, breakfast bar seating for 2. Double electric over and gas hob, integral fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine.
Sitting Room with comfortable seating for 5/6, doors to sun room
Sun Room with seating for 4
Utility Room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink, door to rear garden
Master Bedroom (sleeps 2) king size bed, chest of drawers, hanging space, en suite shower room with walk in shower, sink and WC
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) double bed, wardrobe and drawers
Bedroom 3 (sleeps 1) single bed, hanging space
