La casa è situata all'interno di una corte privata tipica toscana, è corredata da ampio giardino circa 600 mq completamente recintato e lontano da occhi indiscreti, ideale per una vacanza in relax , all'interno della proprietà si sviluppa una piscina interrata dimensioni 12 x 6 ml (OBBLIGATORIO SORVEGLIANZA BAMBINI) ad uso esclusivo che vi permetterà momenti di piacevole rilassamento nel periodo di vacanza, zona barbecue con tavolo per pranzi e cene all'aperto, completano la proprietà due posti auto ad uso esclusivo immediatamente prospicenti l'ingresso.
La proprietà gode inoltre di una posizione particolarmente privilegiata, infatti nel raggio di pochi chilometri è possibile raggiungere tutte le più interessanti città d'arte Toscane: Lucca km 5, Pisa Km 15, Firenze Km 60, Siena e S. Gemignano Km 90, inoltre la nostra provincia si estende fino al mare, infatti a soli 20 km si trovano le famose spiagge della Versilia e non per ultimo del raggio di circa 50 km potrete trascorrere una piacevole giornata al fresco in relax sul nostra appenino Tosco-Emiliano ( Alpi Apuane).

Superbe location

La maison est bien agencee, il y a tout ce qu il faut. L accueil est agreable et chaleureux, les hotes donnent de bons conseils et adresses. La piscine et le jardin sont formidables. La localisation pour visiter la Toscane et les cinq terres est tres bien.

Schön aber zu klein für eine Familie mit 4 Jugendliche

Wir haben das Haus zu klein gefunden für Eltern mit 4 Jugendliche (18/16/15/12). Die Bettengrösse für unsere Kinder war zu klein. Es ist ein Haus ohne Klimaanlage, wäre angenehm wenn es so heiss ist. Der Esstisch war auch knapp für 6. Sonst ein wunderschöner Garten mit einem großzügiges Schwimmbad. Hübsches Haus.

Maison de campagne agréable

Belle maison restaurée avec goût, le jardin est grand et la piscine est bien conçue. Située près de Lucques, à voir absolument. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et vraiment sympas.
