"Very clean and lovely restored 1800’s home. Room was adequate for size considering a bathroom was added to make this a boutique room. We had two very large suitcases as we were traveling for 2 1/2 weeks so it was challenging for us to haul them up a narrow stairway and live out of them in our room as there was no dressers. I would recommend this room for light travelers. Comfortable bed!"

"Very nice place. Not as close to shopping in Rockport as I was envisioning so I drove. Still not that far away. Breakfast was fairly bare bones and could have been better maintained. Most places provide a better breakfast. I would stay there again."

"Fantastic location in beautiful Rockport with ability to see the ocean from the room, or walk to incredible ocean views in less than 5 minutes. The room itself was a studio above a garage with the staircase being inside the garage. Bed was comfy and it was very peaceful and quiet. WiFi was weak. We went for a wedding in nearby Gloucester and also enjoyed taking the train to Salem, and a tour of Hammond Castle and shopping in Bearskin Neck and a walk around Halibut State Park. Fun!"
