"Stayed here for an unexpected two nights. Stayed in the captains quarters room on the third floor. Amazing views of Rockport, lots of space that is utilized fantastically. The corner nook was a great. Furnishings tasteful and comfortable. The walk in shower was spacious. Check in was simple and easy, was texted promptly after booking. Free laundry in the basement with two washers and dryers, came in super handy. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Rockport or the area in general. Will definitely find myself here again!"

"I was above my expectations. I’m not kidding when I say everything was a 10/10! The home is quality everything from the small appliances to the towels. It’s like you’re staying in a 5 star one bedroom hotel suite and more! I cannot wait to stay there again. Take the trains! Easy and inexpensive!!!! Truly a very special place tucked away. Enjoy!"

"Pet friendly but yard is not fenced in. AC is a floor unit that does not cool the bedrooms. Nice location between Rockport and Gloucester. "

"This is a perfect place for a mini-vacation/retreat! The location can't be beat - halfway between Halibut Point State Park and Good Harbor Beach (my go-tos when I visit Rockport) with the town's center in between. The property is gorgeous with lots of privacy on the Studio side. The interior is light-filled and spacious, enhanced by the owner's and family artwork, perfect sized kitchen and bathroom. Loved the loft bedroom. Lots of extra towels provided. Very cozy and warm environment. Loved my stay!"
